Medical Sciences Institute (MSI) Refurbishment

The project comprises the phase refurbishment of the Medical Sciences Institute including the extensive refurbishment of 3 floors of laboratory accommodation, development of fire strategy for the building, refurbishment of lecture theatre, refurbishment of toilet accommodation, replacement of windows and the development of proposals for the remodelling of the ground floor/basement to accommodate anatomy and anthropology accommodation.

Each phase has involved strip out back to bare shell, replacement of all M&E services, structural alteration and fit out to current standards.
