Airdrie Community Healthcare Centre

A mixed use town centre development of a ‘one stop’ health / social work resource centre for NHS North Lanarkshire with commercial retail development at street level and 10 GP Practices above. This development was one of the largest health centres in Scotland after its completion in summer 2012.

The new development replaces an existing 1970’s office tower block located on the site and makes a positive contribution to the overall regeneration of Airdrie town centre.
