Ashurst, Glasgow

Wellwood Leslie were invited to assist Ashurst LLP with creation of a new office premises in Glasgow. Architectural and Interior design services were commenced in late 2019, with a particular focus on creating contemporary and flexible office accommodation. The shell fit-out project will form the new head of operations in Scotland, to cater for between 450 and 500 staff on completion.

Office planning concepts were developed with the client to establish client requirements and define a clear accommodation schedule ahead of commencing design layouts. The development has been designed on the principles of Flexibility and Collaboration, creating dynamic, free-flowing and adaptable working environments to suit a variety of working styles. Wellwood Leslie have assisted Ashurst from project inception, through developed and technical design, to completion in 2021.
