Central Church Edinburgh

Refurbishment of Methodist Central Hall in Tollcross, Edinburgh for relocation by Morningside Baptist Church in 2012 (now called Central). A sensitive refurbishment was undertaken to this Grade B Listed building involving internal alterations of the sanctuary space to provide an auditorium with flexible seating, new sound desk and system and an integrated baptistery within the newly formed platform area. In addition, a new extended commercial kitchen was installed to suit catering for conferences and functions, toilet provision increased throughout the building and an improvement to the fire protection to the main areas and escape routes.
