Dundasvale Court

We were pleased to be involved in the external fabric improvement to 400 GHA properties within Dundasvale Court, a well known prominent development within the Cowcaddens area of Glasgow. Our design proposals included over cladding the dark brickwork with an insulated render system, to improve thermal efficiency and create a lighter modern colour scheme. We also incorporated  feature glazed curtain walling screens to drying areas on the deck access. The opportunity was also taken to incorporate coloured LED lighting to the new glaze screens further highlighting the significance of this development as a visible landmark within the city centre and at the same time creating a strong identity for the residents community concerned.
