House Refurbishment

Works were recently completed on refurbishment works to refresh and re-organise the layout of an existing historic building in Fife.

Proposals consist of structural alterations to modify the internal layout of the house and consolidate circulation. Removal of redundant doors in the kitchen allowed for the creation of a generous entertaining kitchen and feature dining room with spectacular views over the River Tay. New shower room and rear entrance were constructed to put accessible sanitary facilities on the ground floor and give the client better access to the garden.

Wellwood Leslie took the project from initial inception, through all detail and technical design stages, putting statutory approvals in place, and through to delivery and completion on site.
