Parkhill Primary School

Wellwood Leslie were commissioned by Mensell Construction as part of a Design and Build contract to produce the Building warrant package for construction of an 8 classroom and sports hall extension with supporting facilities to the Parkhill Primary School in Leven.

This large extension to the Category C Listed building incorporated a double height void space around which administration facilities are arranged, a sports hall, glass link corridor to the existing building and landscaped playgrounds. The extension allowed the school to more than double their capacity with upgraded facilities and provision of sports and IT spaces that they did not previously have.
