Scotland's Housing Expo 2010

Plot 24 was won through a design competition to provide cutting edge sustainable housing. The house is designed in such a way tat it is both ecologically responsive yet contemporary in style. The building optimises the use of renewable energy sources and ecological materials.

The project commenced on site in December 2009 with completion in summer 2010 for exhibition at the Fair event and thereafter the properties were offered for sale on the open market.
