In conjunction with the Scottish Cities Alliance and Perth and Kinross Council, Wellwood Leslie Architects took project lead on design and construction of a new purpose-built facility for food production on the outskirts of Perth. The facility is the flagship of a ground-breaking initiative to create stepping-stone facilities for local, small and upstart catering businesses before moving into larger manufacturing facilities.
