Built in the mid-to-late 1800’s to accompany the adjacent Panbride House, Panbride stables is an excellent example of this ethos where, without intervention, this Category B listed building would likely have been left to deteriorate beyond rescue.
Through a series of feasibility studies, close engagement with Angus Council and Historic Scotland, detailed and technical design, and through the property changing hands amid construction, Wellwood Leslie Architects assisted several clients to successfully strip-out, refurbish, and convert the existing stables to form five luxury boutique holiday rental units.
